0.75 PARTS FRESH LIME JUICE
0.50 PARTS SIMPLE SYRUP (OR DEMERARA)

PREPARATION AND GARNISH

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice,
and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe,
and garnish with a lime twist.
